開拓新路。習(xí)近平同志在G20會議、達(dá)沃斯論壇、“一帶一路”國際合作峰會的幾次主旨演講中，都闡發(fā)了人類文明的前進(jìn)道路，并且提出了“中國方案”，這些都充分展現(xiàn)出中國大國道路所秉承的準(zhǔn)則和理念，反映出習(xí)近平同志致力實現(xiàn)的中國夢，并不僅僅是中華民族的夢想，其實內(nèi)含著人類文明的前進(jìn)道路，在歐美出現(xiàn)保守趨勢的情況下，我們主張的仍然是全球化道路，是文明互鑒。根本意義上講，其中反映出習(xí)近平同志主動作為的思想理念。

把握節(jié)奏。中國要在世界前進(jìn)道路上發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用，除了不斷加強自己的硬實力、軟實力，實現(xiàn)自身品質(zhì)上的突破，同時還要以科學(xué)的節(jié)奏實現(xiàn)良性互動，而不是硬突破，導(dǎo)致沖撞，既遲滯了自己的發(fā)展步伐，同時給世界以不安定因素。習(xí)近平同志把握了這一點，比如，G20會上提出自己方案的同時，強調(diào)中國方案不是瓦解世界既有秩序和規(guī)則，而是強調(diào)補充作用，這是很理性的判斷，也是有利于實現(xiàn)良性互動的判斷。

講求實效。“一帶一路”已經(jīng)開始讓參與國真切感受到中國力量，尤其是從中獲得益處，這就是實效。還有一種實效在于夯實自身基礎(chǔ)，比如大力提升國民素質(zhì)和世界胸懷、世界眼光，保證全民族具有引領(lǐng)人類文明前行的能力。所有這些，落實下來無疑是一場現(xiàn)代意義上的中華民族的啟蒙運動，當(dāng)成效進(jìn)一步顯現(xiàn)出來，中華民族便屹立于世界民族之林。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has won remarkable achievements in governing China. In the political aspects, "strengthening faith, setting value coordinates, and drawing the red line" has effectively curbed the decline of the conduct of the Party and government, and then helped to create an upward political ecology trend. In the society aspects, the CPC has used better Party conduct to improve the conduct of the government and the people, and tried to realize a comprehensive effect; followed the modern social governance model, and made rule of law the fundamental path of social governance and a breakthrough point; and addressed both the root causes and symptoms of problems, reviewed social relations and behavioral norms, and underscored the power of soft constraint. In the national culture aspects, the CPC has paid attention to cultural quality reconstruction and the reconstruction of the values while restarting the humanities spirit Long March, so that humanistic ecology is on track. In the military aspects, the CPC has strengthened political quality, cleared development obstacles, and reformed system, thus military ecology has improved. In the international affairs aspect, the CPC has constantly opened up new ways, grasped the pace, and been result-oriented, getting China to play a larger role.
