剛剛走馬上任的美國總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普不僅表達(dá)了“美國第一”以及重塑一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的美國的信號，同時(shí)通過對未來新政府人選中安全團(tuán)隊(duì)的任命來彰顯其強(qiáng)硬的一面。通過分析認(rèn)為：首先，對于意在重返亞太的美國“亞太再平衡”戰(zhàn)略，未來的特朗普政府未必全盤沿用，但會更換提法，以繼續(xù)保持其在亞太、南海的軍事存在。其次，美對菲律賓提出的南海非法仲裁案會不斷大肆渲染，絕不會放棄任何可能的機(jī)會與周邊國家展開戰(zhàn)略互動，進(jìn)而從政治、外交、軍事和地緣、法理等幾個(gè)方面著手與我國博弈。

Another Key Point of Great Power Game
—Prospects for the Trump Government's South China Sea Strategy

Abstract: The new president of the United States, Donald Trump, has officially sworn in on January 20, 2017, and the United States enters the Trump era. How Trump interacts strategically with the South China Sea claimant countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam and other non-claimant countries such as Singapore will have a significant impact on the situation in the South China Sea. In the next four years of Trump's administration, whether the Sino-US relationship will be further tense over the South China Sea issue, and whether there will be outbreak of maritime conflict, will both be largely determined by the attitude of the White House's new owner. The Trump government's disdain of the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy and the Vietnam and the Philippines' minor change around the sea-related issues do not necessarily mean that the South China Sea will be calm, and the future impact still should not be underestimated. In the upcoming years, the illegal arbitration case might be used by the United States, the United States will have no choice but to "go alone", which will increase the risk of conflict, the United States will intensify efforts to collude with other outside countries to interfere with the South China Sea. According to the above analysis, China should take the initiative in coming up with solutions in the diplomatic, economic and trade, humanities and many other areas.
